1. Scope and Company Information

These general terms and conditions apply to all staffing requests, temporary employee bookings, and agreements entered into with Freya Service ApS, CVR: 44222078, Herstedoestervej 27 (Office 228), 2620 Albertslund, Danmark.

2. Staff Ordering and Match Confirmation

Staffing requests submitted through the client portal or directly to Freya Service become binding once matched and confirmed. Freya Service pre-screens and verifies candidates to ensure compliance with role requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.

3. Working Hours, Breaks and Timesheets

Immediately following shift completion, workers log their actual hours worked and break duration. The client reviews and approves or rejects (with a descriptive note) timesheets within 3 business days via the client portal. Approved timesheets constitute the definitive basis for billing and payroll.

4. Rates, 25% VAT (moms) and Payment Terms

• All agreed hourly rates are quoted in DKK exclusive of statutory Danish VAT (moms).
• Standard payment term is 14 days net from invoice issue date.
• Invoices include itemized shift details, dates, hours worked, hourly rate, subtotal, 25% moms, and total payable amount.

5. Cancellation Policy

Confirmed staffing shifts may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shift start. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before shift start, a cancellation fee corresponding to 4 hours per ordered worker applies.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with staffing agreements under these terms shall be governed exclusively by Danish substantive law and settled by the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret).
